By using our website and platform, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, you may disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the Service.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide a better user experience, and give website owners insight into how their site is being used.
Cookies can be “session” cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them). We use both types for the purposes described in this policy.
3. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Authenticate users and maintain secure login sessions (essential for the CRM dashboard)
- Remember your preferences, theme selection, and account settings
- Secure the platform against fraudulent access and abuse
- Analyze usage patterns to improve features and performance
- Process payments via Razorpay (payment session cookies)
- Enable social login via Google OAuth (third-party authentication cookies)

5. Third-Party Cookies
We integrate with several third-party services that may set their own cookies when you interact with the platform. These services are essential to the operation of the SaaS platform:
Supabase
Used for authentication, session management, and database queries. Sets authentication cookies (prefixed sb-) to maintain login state. These are essential cookies and cannot be disabled without affecting platform access.
Google OAuth
Used for optional social login. Google sets authentication cookies when you choose to sign in with your Google account. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Razorpay
Used for payment processing during subscription checkout. Razorpay sets session cookies necessary to complete the payment flow. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Email Service Provider
Used for sending transactional emails (password resets, notifications, invoices). May set tracking pixels to confirm email delivery.
6. Other Tracking Technologies
In addition to cookies, we may use the following technologies:
- Local Storage & Session Storage— browser storage used to cache UI state, saved drafts, and temporary preferences. This data stays on your device and is not automatically sent to our servers.
- Log Files— standard server logs that record IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamps, and referring pages for security and diagnostics.
- Web Beacons / Tracking Pixels— tiny transparent images embedded in emails to confirm delivery and measure open rates. Used only for service-related communications.
7. Managing & Disabling Cookies
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings:Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Instructions are typically found in your browser's Help or Settings menu.
- Private / Incognito mode: Browsing in private mode will delete session cookies when you close the browser window.
- Opt-out links: Some analytics providers offer direct opt-out mechanisms via browser add-ons or preference cookies.
Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to the platform and using the CRM dashboard. Disabling analytics or preference cookies will not affect core functionality.
8. Do Not Track (DNT)
Do Not Track is a browser setting that signals your preference regarding tracking by third parties. Our platform does not currently respond to DNT signals because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting them. However, we do not use cookies for cross-site behavioural advertising, and we do not sell your browsing data to advertisers.
9. Data Collected via Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies may collect the following technical information:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, version, and language
- Operating system and device type
- Pages viewed, features used, and session duration
- Referring URL and exit pages
- Authentication status and user role (admin, recruiter, viewer)
We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal data such as candidate details, resume content, or financial information. Candidate data submitted to the platform is stored in our database, not in cookies.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our practices. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform.
