Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

All subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No payment information is required during the trial period. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial. Your subscription will only begin after you enter payment details and confirm the upgrade.

3. Monthly Plan Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing cycle.

4. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for annual plans, but your subscription remains active until the end of the paid annual period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@recruitalpa.com with your account email and reason for cancellation. Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

6. Plan Changes

Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately. The new price is prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

7. Service Cancellation by Us

In the event of a material breach of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription. In such cases, a prorated refund may be provided at our discretion for any unused portion of your subscription.
